Setronic Verona
The President of Setronic Verona Srl defines the company’s strategies, aware of the need for an integrated vision of the organisation, in which the “quality” aspect permeates and is based on other factors that contribute to the definition of the strategies themselves.
The primary objectives that Setronic Verona Srl proposes to pursue in order to present itself on the market as a leading company in its sector have been identified in the following points:
- to satisfy customers, employees and collaborators, through standardisation and continuous improvement of all company processes and activities;
- to propose innovative products and solutions in order to meet market requirements, so that our customers recognise us as an ideal manufacturer and partner, a leader in the design and production of high quality linear detectors, both in terms of performance and attention to environmental aspects;
- always guarantee the highest level of pre- and after-sales support and technical assistance to establish a lasting relationship of trust with the customer;
- educate and train our distributors by organising specific training courses on products and their applications;
- to develop and maintain an integrated management system as a tool to achieve the objectives set annually, fulfil the commitments undertaken, promote the continuous improvement of company processes, and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements for products and related services;
- disseminate appropriate culture and methodologies in the company so that whoever works there is constantly able to provide the customer with the best service;
- engage in raising awareness of a culture of respect and protection of the environment;
- guarantee legislative compliance, both in terms of guaranteeing product safety and with reference to the environment.
In carrying out its mission, Setronic Verona Srl undertakes:
- towards customers: to provide products and services that comply with mandatory requirements and are of superior quality, to demonstrate transparency and reliability, to ensure product quality at competitive prices;
- towards suppliers: to foster a profitable "alliance" to make them an active part in defining product performance and characteristics, and to provide them with the necessary support for understanding and defining the mandatory requirements regarding the product and any specific customer needs;
- towards employees: to foster a spirit of initiative, encourage professional growth, ensure profitable and serene professional relations, guarantee a safe working environment in which everyone can be satisfied;
- towards the owners: to favour the growth of the company, ensuring adequate profitability and financial stability, essential elements for the affirmation of the Quality Policy.
The President believes that a strong and constant empowerment of everyone is necessary to guarantee the efficiency and improvement of the QMS and EMS, as well as the technical-legislative updating. For all this, the President undertakes to take an active role in promoting and guiding all activities that have an influence on quality, through the dissemination at all levels of the concepts outlined so far and with the periodic review and verification of the results obtained.
