WHAT INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO GET AN RMA NUMBER?

• Company data;

• email address to send the control form containing the repair estimate (this information is also required in case of repairs under warranty);

• shipping address;

• the billing address (if different from the shipping address);

• the list of devices with a brief description of the problems encountered, an indication of the direct sales transport document (if available) or of the Supplier and the Country in which it was sold;

• the shipping method;

PROCEDURE TO HAVE AN RMA NUMBER

1. Fill in the RMA form online in all its mandatory fields and press the SEND button.

2. You will automatically receive a confirmation email if your request has been sent successfully, containing the summary.

3. Your request will be evaluated and if accepted, we will send the corresponding RMA number to your email address.

ONCE THE DOCUMENT WITH THE RMA NUMBER IS OBTAINED

4. Make a copy of the confirmation email received and indicating the RMA number and insert it in the packaging with the devices, a copy for each package.
IMPORTANT: the RMA number must also be clearly indicated on all shipping documents, correspondence for each package used for transport.

IMPORTANT. The shipment must be in DDP Delivered Duty Paid. EXW/Ex Works shipments will not be accepted. In this case the shipment will be rejected. The goods travel at the sender’s risk. Compliant shipping packaging is recommended.

IN THE EVENT OF RECEIVING GOODS WITHOUT RMA NUMBER, we will not guarantee the processing of your request. In some cases, the goods will be returned to you so that you can follow the correct procedure.

RECEIVED THE MATERIAL

6. The technical department will examine and verify the devices and fill in the relative control form.
It should be noted that in case of material sent in very bad conditions due to the presence of excessive dirt, the goods will be sent back immediately and the shipping cost charged to the sender.

7. Costs can only be decided after receiving and evaluating the devices.

8. Any warranty on the repair is decided by SETRONIC VERONA.

9. The control form indicating the cost estimate will be sent to you via email. We will await your approval before proceeding with the repair and / or service. The control form must also be confirmed in the case of activities covered by the guarantee.

10. The shipment of the repaired and / or service material will be carried out as soon as possible, together with any replaced parts.

WARRANTY

The repair and / or overhaul does not extend the warranty period and the repaired or replaced components are covered by a warranty:

• 6 months___for repaired parts;

• 12 months__for parts replaced;

In the event that the customer has economic pending with SETRONIC, our company reserves the right to suspend the guarantee and assistance services until the regularization of payments.

IMPORTANT

• For SETRONIC direct customers, who have directly purchased the devices sent for repair and / or service, the Warranty refers, in addition to what has been reported above, to the General Supply Conditions (point 3), present on the SETRONIC Price List and on the back of Invoices and DDT.

• In all other cases, refer to this RMA request procedure under the heading “WARRANTY”.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE INTEGRALLY ACCEPTED

A. In case of non-acceptance of the control card or irreparable material:
the goods will be returned to you, and a fixed cost will be applied for the time taken for the technical inspection of the products and the preparation of the estimate, as clearly indicated in the control form.
This cost will not be charged if, in replacement of the unrepaired product, a new purchase order for a similar or higher product is made at the same time.

B. In case of no reply within the term of 20 working days:
the goods will be returned as sent to us and at your expense.

C. In case of replacement or repair not convenient:
It will be indicated in the control form, indicating a new product having full compatibility with the existing one.

D. In case of tampering:
It is recalled that also the removal of the electronic card from the box, and the removal of the identification label like any other tampering, leads to the complete invalidation of the Warranty itself.
